refund policy

Customers qualify for a 100% refund (exclusive of VAT) if:
– We did not find a writer to work on his/her order.
– You made double payment for the same order (the extra amount is refunded).
Customers qualify for a 70% refund if:
– If a writer has been assigned to their order and less than half of the deadline has passed. For instance, you ordered a paper to be completed within 48 hours, but cancelled it within 23 hours.

Customers qualify for a 50% refund if:
– If a writer has been assigned to your order and half or more than half of the deadline has passed. For instance, you ordered a paper to be completed within 48 hours, but cancelled it within 24 hours.

Refund requests after approving the paper: guidelines
– You have 14 days to approve your paper after it has been submitted to you by us.
– We assume that the customer is satisfied with the paper if no refund complain is launched within the 14 days window after delivery of the product or the revised copy of the product.
– Should the customer launch a refund request within the 14 days window, the matter will be directed to our disputes manager.
– The customer is expected to provide all the supporting evidence and reasons for launching a full or partial refund request.
– If the evidence is not provided with 14 days, the matter will be dismissed and there will be no window for launching a refund request. .
